First Aid Kit reveal cover of Simon and Garfunkel’s ‘America’

First Aid Kit have unveiled a cover of the Simon and Garfunkel track ‘America’, which has recently become a regular fixture their live show.

The track is one of many cover versions the pair have tackled, having previously given their take on songs from Fleet Foxes, R.E.M., Bright Eyes and more.

Speaking of their version of ‘America’, the pair said: “The lyrics are like a poem, without a single rhyme. It contains some of our favourite lines.”
