Formation share new bootleg edit of Tobias Jesso Jr.’s ‘True Love’

South London duo Formation play their first London headline show tonight, at Electrowerkz. Ahead of the gig, the Ritson brothers have unveiled a gorgeous dance edit of Tobias Jesso Jr.’s ‘True Love’ single.

The pair’s bootleg version takes on a track that didn’t make the LA songwriter’s ‘Goon’ LP, but it’s the song that “made us fall in love” with Tobias, says Formation. “It’s been floating around for a few months but after listening to his record on repeat the past couple of weeks we feel like giving something back to the main man and we’re really happy to share it with you all too.”

Formation are promising a new white label release, “featuring this and some other DIY edits.”
