Georgia returns with bouncing electro banger ‘Wanna Play’
It’s her first release since standalone single ‘Too Much Too Little’ landed last year.

Alt-pop purveyor Georgia is back with ‘Wanna Play’, a high-octane dopamine hit of a track that marks her first new music since 2024 single ‘Too Much Too Little’ (itself a follow up to her aptly-named 2023 LP, ‘Euphoric’).
Written and produced by Georgia alongside Mark Ralph (Years & Years, Daniel Avery, Hot Chip), ‘Wanna Play’ was born, she explains, “at a complete crossroads in my life, which is why I stuck with the 160bpm!”
Expanding further on the thought process behind the cut, she continues: “It’s a fast tempo punk-electro song, inspired by early Knife songs & ’80s Depeche Mode bass-lines. It’s a bit of fun really, I wanted to explore my love for synths again!”
What’s more, ‘Wanna Play’ lands just ahead of Georgia’s appearance at London event AnotherLand next week, where she’ll be road-testing her new live set alongside guest DJs.
