Ghostpoet has been announced as the second support for alt-J’s huge upcoming tour of the UK.
He joins The Horrors, another reminder of alt-J’s continuous knack for picking the most ridiculous supporting bills. (Remember the time Gengahr and a certain Wolf Alice warmed up for them at the O2 Arena?)
The tour begins in Manchester on 29th November and runs for seven shows, ending up in Nottingham.
alt-J released their second album ‘This Is All Yours’ last year, and this summer took in headline festival sets all across Europe, and at Latitude.
Ghostpoet has been nominated for this year’s Mercury Prize for his ‘Shedding Skin’ album, after being on the judging panel for last year’s event, which was won by Young Fathers.
