GIRLI shares ‘Not That Girl’
The chaos might be reigned in, but the venom remains.
DIY Class of 2017 star GIRLI is back with her first song of the year, the comparatively restrained ‘Not That Girl’. Atop a clappy, minimal beat, the song sees her airing unwanted opinions about dirty tights and pink hair-dos, and then doing away with them. “It’s kind of funny that you’re on your own,” she jibes. The chaos might be reigned in, but the venom remains.

Next month sees the pink-clad newcomer heading out on a small handful of live dates in the UK, with pitstops in Glasgow and London.
