Hinds unveil surreal ‘Garden’ video
Madrid group’s new clip contains forests, apples, flowers being snorted - that sort of thing.
Madrid four-piece Hinds have unveiled a new Pedro Martin-Calero-directed video for ‘Garden’, the lead single from their debut album.
Hinds videos tend to follow a routine of containing beer, pizza, drunkenness - as evidenced in their recent clip with The Parrots.
The formula’s shunned in this new video, which finds the group accompanied by a sharp-suited stranger, who has a habit of snorting ground up flowers and hammering nails into thin air. Hinds themselves are acting strange, too. They allow chickens to join their gang and then carry around a painting dating back centuries. Everything’s filmed in neat shapes, making the whole clip resemble a surreal trip.
Hinds’ debut album ‘Leave Me Alone’ is out 8th January via Lucky Number Music.
