Honne announce new ‘Coastal Love’ EP, share title-track
Smooth-vibe’d duo are readying their second release.
Lake District duo Honne have announced plans to release their second EP, ‘Coastal Love’.
Out 4th May, it follows a 2014 debut (‘All In the Value / The Night’) that showcased the hotly-tipped pair’s smooth, soul-meets-pop hybrid.
‘Coastal Love’’s title-track is no less serene. Funk licks share space with romantic lines about NYC and first romances. “We’re only one flight away from each other,” they sing, giving the impression that long distance relationships aren’t actually a massive ballache. Honne turn pretty much everything to gold.
Honne’s next show is at London’s The Laundry, 13th May.
