Dot To Dot Festival - which takes place over three days across Manchester (30th May), Nottingham (29th May) and Bristol (28th May) - has confirmed details of the first few acts on the 2011 line up.
They are: Hurts (who will headline), The Naked & Famous, Mona, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Ed Sheeran, The Phoenix Foundation and Darwin Deez (Manchester only).
Organiser Anton Lockwood comments: ‘2011 is shaping up to be the best Dot To Dot ever. We’re really excited to have the UK’s most stylish avant-garde electronic pop act Hurts headlining the festival. And, this is just the tip of the iceberg as we have many more fantastic established and up and coming acts from around the world still to be announced.’
Previous years have hosted the likes of Friendly Fires, Ladyhawke, Patrick Wolf, Ellie Goulding and The XX. For more information, visit dottodotfestival.co.uk. Tickets are on sale now.
