Jens Lekman hates plates in the ‘What’s That Perfume You
Wear?’ video
There’s a lot of synchronised dancing and perfume drinking too.
It’s only been a day or so since singer-songwriter Jens Lekman announced his new album ‘Life Will See You Now’ alongside a tropical new track called ‘What’s That Perfume You Wear?’
It seems he’s been burning the midnight patchouli oil though, as he’s already got a brand new video for the single. Directed by Christopher Good, the clip starts off with Jens seemingly reminiscing about his lost love’s perfume.
Then, for reasons unknown, there’s a group wearing motorcycle helmets doing synchronised dance moves in an apartment, while some people in hazmat suits pack furniture away. Right. They’re not doing a very good job of it either, as there’s a lot of smashed plates around. It might all be a hallucination mind, as at one point Jens is actually drinking perfume. Not sure that’s how you use it, Jens.
Watch the video for ‘What’s That Perfume You Wear?’ below.
