Jessica Winter shares ’00s influenced comeback cut ‘L.O.V.E’
It’s her first new solo music in two years, and comes accompanied by news of a London headline show.

Alt-pop visionary Jessica Winter is back with ‘L.O.V.E’ - a shimmering take on ’00s pop that marks her first solo release since 2023 EP ‘Limerence’.
Landing alongside a Bob Fosse-inspired visualier, Jessica’s new single represents what she has called “the sound of falling in love”, building from toe-tapping, anticipatory dance-pop (“the feeling of being infatuated”) into euphoric vocals and “soaring strings”.
“I wrote this song a year before realising I was a codependent; sometimes my music knows more than I do,” she continues, discussing the track’s origins. “I wanted to release ‘L.O.V.E.’ first as I’ve been looking at love differently and how I define it since learning and doing work on co-dependency.
Spelling out the word sounds so innocent, and it is. I’m just breaking it down to try and understand it. A musical reference was a compilation CD called Chilled Ibiza which me and my brother would listen to most summer holidays growing up.”
To mark the occasion, Jessica has also announced that she’ll be taking to the stage at The Divine on 15th April for a London headline show - the first, no doubt, of a busy year ahead. Hear ‘L.O.V.E’ for yourself below.
