Listen: Braids Stream ‘Hossak’ Track From New Album
Pizza and ‘tum-tum’ referencing track is taken from Braids’ new album.

Canadian twinkly-noise specialists Braids have streamed the latest track from their ‘Flourish // Perish’ album, with ‘Hossak’.
Google ‘Hossak’ and it gives you nothing. It could be about a motorbike, this song, if it’s just been misspelt. It’s more likely devoted to a specific individual, especially given the not-so-mystic chorus speaks directly to a ‘Jordan’ character, asking ‘where did you go to?’
In the meantime, other than fact-finding missions you’ve plenty to concern yourself with: Raphaelle Standell-Preston almost definitely says ‘tum-tum’ at one point, and there’s some sweeping, organic percussion and curious, helicopter-style background noises too.
Stream Braids’ ‘Hossak’ below. Full Time Hobby release the album on 21st August 2013.
