Listen: Febueder Announce Debut EP, Stream ‘Alligator’ Track
Ascot trio run headfirst with their hungry creature of a new track.

have picked a fitting name for ‘Alligator’, the lead track on their new EP, ‘Soap Carv’. It’s a creepy swamp creature, lurking in dark depths ready to pounce on its prey.
Commencing with a deranged, echoed-out howl, ‘Alligator’ soon progresses into a shady nightcrawler, lending the kind of loopy vocals Alt-J proudly boast to a distinct, rhythmic backing. The Ascot trio give off the impression that they could out-weird just about anything that’s foolish enough to cross their path.
‘Alligator’ heads up a debut EP on Tape Club, out 25th November. This is a re-recorded version from the one initially released earlier in the year.
