Listen: Halls Streams New Track ‘Aside’

From the three songs unveiled to date, it’s clear Samuel Howard aka Halls is adding more than a few slight flourishes to his second album ‘Love To Give’. Acoustic guitars are more prominent, and there’s trumpets - so many lovely trumpets - swooping in to steal the spotlight.

New song ‘Aside’ begins with Howard’s customary choral croon, before giving way to lush instrumentation, sounding like it’s been recorded directly from a giant space, with the full band expansion of Halls being emphasised big time.
