Listen: Hockeysmith Stream New Track, ‘Meanwhile’
Cornwall’s most curious new band get even stranger on this new track.

Cornwall duo Hockeysmith are preparing to play a couple of live UK dates - their first since unveiling ‘Now I Wan’t To’ and ‘Let’s Bang’, their debut single.
What began as an oddball approach to pop has now completely shifted its parameters. ‘Meanwhile’ is a lurking, abstract work. Everything’s a fragment. Not one split-second goes by without a rogue element coming into play, invading all sense of normality.
Hockeysmith do weird in sweet, smartly-applied doses. None more so than on this new track.
They play London Birthdays, 5th November. Before that: Their own ‘Hockey Night’ in Cornwall, 2nd November.
