Listen: Kevin Drew Announces ‘Darlings’ LP, Streams ‘Good Sex’

Bridging a seven year gap, Kevin Drew has announced his second album, ‘Darlings’, the follow on from debut solo turn ‘Spirit If….’

The Broken Social Scene frontman / founder’s looking more windswept than ever, and with a title like ‘Darlings’ (and a lead song called ‘Good Sex’, of all things), it’s easy to jump to conclusions. Kevin’s lead track is a little bit ‘Bloodbuzz Ohio’, a little bit like the audible version of Steve McQueen’s Shame, minus Michael Fassbender. It’s a dramatic, stirring song with all onus on atmosphere.

‘Darlings’ is released on 17th March through City Slang.
