Listen: Oceaán Streams Debut EP In Full
Manchester-based prodigy releases his debut on Chess Club Records.

Manchester-based, Belgium-raised producer Oceaán is streaming his pensive, expansive debut EP in full.
Self-titled, the release comes out on Chess Club Records, 31st March. It follows on from Oliver Cean’s early standalone track ‘Need U’, plus remixes for Woman’s Hour, Swim Deep and more.
Each of those efforts put strong emphasis on Cean’s vocals, and there’s a continuation of that here, but Oceaán’s also keen to stretch and out-do previous expectations. ‘Turned Away’ has foggy production sounding sharp-as-hell and ‘Your Side’ gives jerky Jai Paul-isms a present day vitality.
