Listen: Spring King Announce New Single, ‘Mumma’

Next week, Tarek Musa’s Spring King arrive at London’s Old Blue Last for a free Neu Presents ‘Hello 2014’ show. They’re rounding off a month’s worth of free new music showcases with a hotly-anticipated set, all ahead of the band’s new single release for ‘Mumma’.

Out on ParadYse/Transgressive on 3rd March, the single comes on two sides ‘Mumma’/’Mumma II’, limited to 250 copies. The A-side is a 50mph ride through jiving pianos and thrashing chords, spitting venom on top of a melody that could easily slot into a fairground ride, it’s that chirpy.
