Listen: Sun Machine Share Debut Track, ‘Have You Seen It, It’s Alive’
London dreamers offer up a must-hear, swarming debut track.

The fundamentals of Sun Machine’s debut track are already well-loved staples: Psych-leaning guitars, breathy vocals, drifting by at the speed of a fairground carousel.
‘Have You Seen It, It’s Alive’ hones in at the bittersweet, sun-drenched tone of Tame Impala’s ‘Lonerism’ while forging its own formidable patch. Each piercing note emerging from the London group’s guitars sounds like it could force out 30 degree temperatures and all-year holidays. Citing ‘karma sutra’ for god knows what reason, it’s a dazed, slightly deranged introduction that’ll take some beating.
