Listen: The Antlers Announce New Album ‘Familiars’, Stream ‘Palace’
The Antlers release new album ‘Familiars’ via Transgressive this June. Check out the lead track now.

It wasn’t just an accident that The Antlers casually uploaded a mysterious new video last week, then. The Brooklyn-based band release their third album ‘Familiars’ this June, it’s just been announced. The record’s headed up by lead, opening track ‘Palace’.
The record’s produced and engineered by the band themselves, with Chris Coady on mixing duties. It follows on from 2011 LP ‘Burst Apart’ and the ‘[together]’, ‘Undersea’ EPs.
‘Palace’ is as sweet as they come; a beautiful, gently lifting number that’s completely percussion-free until a triumphant closing two minutes.
‘Familiars’ is out via Transgressive on 16th June:
01 Palace
02 Doppelgänger
03 Hotel
04 Intruders
05 Director
06 Revisited
07 Parade
08 Surrender
09 Refuge
