Lower Dens announce ‘Escape From Evil’ album, share ‘To Die in L.A.’
New album is out this March, with Jana Hunter fronting the project.
Lower Dens have announced plans to release their new album, ‘Escape From Evil’, on 30th March via Domino and Ribbon Music.
The follow-up to the Baltimore group’s ‘Nootropics’ LP is being led by ‘To Die in L.A.’, a standout on the record that blends ‘80s-nodding synth parts with an escapist, cinematic glow.
‘Escape From Evil’ is the first Lower Dens record defined almost entirely by the role of Jana Hunter. A statement says the album has her “stepping up and taking center stage, and emboldening every aspect of the band.”
‘To Die in L.A.’ is streamable below an LP tracklist.
