Lucy Dacus announces new album ‘Forever Is A Feeling’ with two new singles
News of the singer’s fourth album has been shared alongside her newest tracks, ‘Ankles’ and ‘Limerence’.

Not only has Lucy Dacus returned with news of a brand new album, but she’s got not one, but two brand new tracks in tow to celebrate.
The boygenius star has announced plans to follow up her 2021 solo album ‘Home Video’ with her fourth full-length, ‘Forever Is A Feeling’, which is set for release on 28th March via Geffen Records. Written from late 2022 into summer last year, the record promises to be “decidedly adult”. “I got kicked in the head with emotions,” Lucy has said, in a press release. “Falling in love, falling out of love. You have to destroy things in order to create things. And I did destroy a really beautiful life.”
If that’s not enough to tantalise, the list of contributors to the record sure will: as well as her boygenius bandmates Phoebe Bridgers and Julien Baker, she’s also collaborated with the likes of Hozier, Blake Mills, Bartees Strange, Madison Cunningham, Collin Pastore, Jake Finch and Melina Duterte.
Alongside news of the record, she’s also shared its first two tracks, the gorgeous ‘Limerence’ and ‘Ankles’. The latter arrives alongside a frankly fabulous video that was shot in Paris with actress Havana Rose Liu. Check both tracks out below.
Alongside news of ‘Forever Is A Feeling’, Lucy has also announced a slew of North American shows, set to take place this April and May. She’ll be joined on the road by previous DIY cover gal Katie Gavin, and recent Saddest Factory signee jasmine 4.t.
