Oh don’t be hesitant, this is less like She & Him, Monsters Of Folk and some of the other tosh he’s been involved with lately, and more like ‘Post-War’ era M.Ward. Hoorah!
The vid to ‘The First Time I Ran Away’ was directed by Joel Trussell, the man also responsible for the ‘Chinese Translation’ clip.
The track will be featured on forthcoming album ‘A Wasteland Companion’, due on 10th April via Merge Records.
