Micachu & The Shapes debut ‘Sad’ song

Micachu & The Shapes have unveiled a second cut from their third album, ‘Good Sad Happy Bad’.

‘Sad’ is a skittering example of their deconstructive craft, coming off simple on the outside before revealing its mucky complexities. Mica Levi - who recently rose to prominence with her score for Jonathan Glazer’s ‘Under the Skin’ - leads with an intentionally subdued vocal.

The new song links up ‘Oh Baby’ in previewing the record, which comes out 11th September on Rough Trade Records.
