Mystery Jets get existential on ‘The World Is Overtaking Me’, from a new EP
Bluesy new cut is the first taster of the band’s ‘The Whole Earth’ EP, out in September.

Busy bunch Mystery Jets have announced a brand new EP, just months after the release of their last full-length. Honestly lads, have a nap.
‘The Whole Earth’ EP is set to be a spiritual successor to this year’s ‘Curve Of The Earth’ LP, which came out back at the start of the year. It’s being led by ‘The World Is Overtaking Me’, an anxiety-laced, bluesy number that still sparkles with the same otherworldly tendencies as that aforementioned latest album.
Stream ‘The World is Overtaking Me’ below via Spotify - ‘The Whole Earth’ is released on September 16th, with Mystery Jets playing the below dates in support. Catch up with the DIY feature with Mystery Jets, while you’re at it.
