Nicolas Jaar Album Recalled Due To Uncleared Sample
The album will be repressed without the offending track.

Nicolas Jaar’s debut album ‘Space Is Only Noise’ - released earlier this year, via Circus Company - has been recalled due to a sample not being cleared.
A statement from the label reads: ‘A request for sample clearance was made by the Circus Company label for the track, ‘I Got A’ in late 2010, prior to the album’s release; however, it was recently revealed that this request was declined and thus the album will no longer be available with this track included.’
Luckily, this pressing of the album has sold out so the recall is ‘merely a formality.’ The album will be repressed without ‘I Got A’, and will be available shortly.
You can read our review of the album, from back in February, here. We gave it 8/10.
