Nicolas Jaar to release ‘Work’ compilation, feat. new Darkside material
Producer is set to showcase new tracks of his own, too.
24-year-old producer Nicolas Jaar has announced plans to release a new compilation on his own label, Other People.
‘Work’ is an 11-track release, swiftly following on from summer 2013’s ‘Trust’. It brings together two new solo songs, as well as two brand new Darkside tracks, ‘What They Say’ and ‘Gone Too Soon’.
There’s also the inclusion of two tracks from Darkside bandmate Dave Harrington, plus VISUALS’ new Nico-produced track, ‘A Pixel’, which was unveiled last week and can be heard below.
‘Work’ is out 29th September - it’s been called “more of an album than anything else,” by Jaar.
