No Devotion unveil new track ‘10,000 Summers’

The six-piece are following up their debut single ‘Stay’ with the new offering this month.

A handful of months ago, No Devotion emerged. Born from the ashes of Lostprophets, the six-piece may still be a fairly fresh musical prospect but they’ve already managed to release a debut single and completed a sold-out headline tour in just a matter of months.

It was back in July that the six-piece - made up of Thursday vocalist Geoff Rickly, and former Lostprophets members Lee Gaze, Luke Johnson, Mike Lewis, Jamie Oliver, and Stuart Richardson - released their debut single ‘Stay’, and now they’ve returned with another new taste of what to expect from their forthcoming debut record.

This time, they’re offering up another new track in the form of ‘10,000 Summers’. Recorded with producer Alex Newport (who has previously worked with the likes of At The Drive-In and City and Colour) and mixed by previous Thursday collaborator Dave Fridmann, the band’s new single is due for release on 27th October, and will be pressed on both standard and lilac-coloured (oooh) vinyl, as well as receiving a full digital release. It’ll also be accompanied by b-side ‘Only Thing’.

No Devotion will also be playing their first US show later this month, when they perform at Glasslands in Brooklyn, NY on 28th October.
