Liverpool five-piece Outfit have announced details of their new, second album. ‘Slowness’ is released 15th June on Memphis Industries, following on from their debut album ‘Performance’.
It’s being led by ‘Genderless’, a slowly building, sonically rich preview of the LP. In contrast to the slick, open space of the debut, this is a track that strings itself along on a completely different course.
Frontman Andrew P M Hunt says the track is “about feeling disconnected from your body and your sexuality almost to the point where your self disappears completely.”
