Palma Violets Confirm UK & Ireland Touring Plans
Those noisy scallywags will be playing the more intimate venues of Ireland, Scotland and the north of England next month.
It’s clearly been too long since Palma Violets last laid waste to some small venues: the London band have confirmed plans for ‘The Bog Tour’ - as named by the band themselves, of course - which will take place next month.
The ‘180’ four-piece are challenging themselves to take on ‘the toilet circuit’ of Ireland, Scotland and the north of England, when they head out on the road next month. They’ll be making stops in the following rather intimate venues throughout April, with proceedings finishing up at Stockton’s Georgian Theatre.
APRIL
06 Limerick Dolans
07 Belfast Voddo
08 Dublin Workmans Club
09 Galway The Roisin Dubh
11 Cork Cypress Avenue
13 Inverness Ironworks
14 Stornoway Woodlands Centre
15 Aberdeen The Tunnels
16 Dundee Beat Generator
17 Stockton Georgian Theatre
Palma Violet’s debut album ‘180’ is out now through Rough Trade Records.
