Watch Pumarosa share new video for ‘Lions Den’

The band are gearing to play Robert Smith’s Meltdown Festival this month.

Ahead of their performance at Robert Smith’s Meltdown Festival, Pumarosa have shared their new video for ‘Lions’ Den’.

The track - which according to the band is about “ideology and power” - features on the band’s debut album ‘The Witch’, which was released back in May last year. Now, the band have given it the visual treatment.

The clip was directed by Niall Trask and – Pumarosa explain in a press release – “attempts to manifest the intensity of power relations that stifle our retaliation, and illustrate the chaotic violence that spills out of a negligent and wilfully destructive society. It flows with experience and the expression of anger.”

The band are set to perform at Robert Smith’s Meltdown next week, before headlining the DIY at Kopparberg Outsider stage at Citadel in July.
