RAT BOY puts out ‘Wasteman’ b-side

RAT BOY’s shared the b-side to his latest single ‘Fake ID’. Telling tales of kids off their faces, and having a pop at wage inequality in the process, ‘Wasteman’ also comes hand-in-hand with, er, a load of calypso trumpets. Very jolly ones, at that.

Speaking to DIY earlier this year, Jordan Cardy said he’s currently plotting a new mixtape. “I want it to be a story. I’ve got massive ideas, diagrams on the walls,trying to work it out,” he said. “I’m trying to get my mum to shout at me just so I can record it. I asked her for a tenner the other day - she’s like ‘I ain’t got no fucking money’. I’ve got two hours’ worth of stuff now.”
