Royal Blood for Rough Trade in-store appearance

Royal Blood announced they’d be releasing their debut album this summer earlier this week.

The self-titled record will be out via Warner on 25th August - following the band’s appearances at this year’s Reading and Leeds festivals.

They appear on the Radio 1/NME stage on Saturday at Reading and Sunday in Leeds, alongside CHVRCHES, Bombay Bicycle Club and Marmozets.

Now, the pair - bassist/vocalist Mike Kerr and drummer Ben Thatcher - are to play an in-store at Rough Trade East the day after its release.

They’ll take to the relatively tiny confines of the east London shop on 26th August at 7pm, with entry wristbands available alongside pre-orders of the album.

Royal Blood perform tomorrow afternoon at the John Peel stage at Glastonbury, before supporting Pixies and Arctic Monkeys, and heading Stateside for even more Pixies dates.
