Royal Blood pull further live dates

After being forced to cut their UK tour short following vocalist/bassist Mike Kerr’s “severe tonsillitis” diagnosis, Royal Blood have now postponed a string of mainland European tour dates.

Gigs in Milan, Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon are affected, as the statement posted on the band’s website cites “medical advice”.

It reads: “We regret to advise that due to illness, Royal Blood must postpone their show at Alcatraz in Milan tonight (Tues 18th Nov).

And on medical advice, the band must also postpone their shows at LA 2, Barcelona(Thurs 20th Nov), Sala But, Madrid (Fri 21st Nov) & Armazem F, Lisbon (Sat 22nd Nov).

Customers are advised to retain their tickets and await further information with regard to rescheduled dates which will be planned and announced as quickly as possible.

We wish to sincerely apologise to all ticket holders for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.”

Royal Blood are due to travel to the States this December, before their rearranged and further UK dates across the New Year.
