Sabrina Carpenter announces seventh album ‘Man’s Best Friend’

The news comes less than a year after the release of her last LP, ‘Short N’ Sweet’.

Sabrina Carpenter announces new album 'Man's Best Friend'; shares video for lead single 'Manchild'

The devil works hard, but Sabrina Carpenter works harder: the ‘Espresso’ star has revealed that she’ll be dropping a new record, ‘Man’s Best Friend’, on 29th August - almost exactly 12 months after releasing her chart-topping latest effort ‘Short N’ Sweet’

Since then, the pop sensation has had quite the year, scooping six Grammy nominations (not to mention two wins), delivering an instantly-iconic BRITs performance, and headlining Barcelona’s famed Primavera Festival alongside fellow pop girlies Charli xcx and Chappell Roan.

Her seventh studio album has been introduced via its country-pop lead single ‘Manchild’, for which Sabrina teamed up with her frequent collaborators and co-songwriters Jack Antonoff and Amy Allen. The track has also landed accompanied by a vintage-style video that sees Sabrina hit the road for a trip of hitch-hiking, motels, and bad decisions - check it out below.
