Sam Smith, Bastille and Charli XCX nominated for Grammy Awards
British artists are up for gongs at the 57th Annual Awards.
The 57th Grammy Awards has nominated several British artists for some of its most prestigious prizes.
Bastille and Sam Smith are both up for the Award of Best New Artist. The latter also finds himself up for three other prizes.
Smith and Ed Sheeran are competing for the Best Pop Vocal Album award, alongside Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and fellow Brits Coldplay.
The London artist is also nominated for Record Of The Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.
Charli XCX and Iggy Azalea’s ‘Fancy’ is up for Record Of The Year, while Haim are nominated for Best New Artist.
