Shamir shares ‘Larry Clark’ video

Back in March of this year, Shamir surprised everyone by self-releasing new LP ‘Resolution’, less than a year after his comeback album ‘Revelations’.

After heading over to the UK for a short tour in the summer, the singer has now shared a new video for ‘Resolution’ track ‘Larry Clark’.

An homage to the ‘Waterboy’ video from folk legend Odetta, the new clip sees Shamir strumming away, illuminated by a disco ball.

We spoke to Shamir last year around the release of ‘Revelations’. “There’s no room for personal struggle when there’s so much struggle going on on a global and national scale,” he told us. “Self-care is key right now, because you can’t help others if you’re not well so you have to get yourself together first. But I feel very content right now. I haven’t felt this content for a long while.”
