Show Me The Body play live session at Maida Vale
The New York noisemakers brought the chaos to BBC Radio 1.
Last night, New York noise-makers Show Me The Body stopped by BBC Radio 1, to play a live session, and to chat about gentrification, generator shows, and keeping things independent. “Thanks for not demolishing Maida Vale,” quipped Huw Stephens after they played ‘Body War’. He was right to be concerned; they’re the loudest, most abrasive band around.
Show Me The Body also played ‘Tight SWAT’ and ‘Chrome Exposed’ during the live session.
Read our verdict on the band’s latest pop-up generator show, in London’s Gillett Square, here. Then, get to know them in a Neu interview. Listen to their Maida Vale session below.
