Listen: Skott shimmers on new single ‘Glitter & Gloss’

After dazzling with ‘Wolf’ and ‘Porcelain’ last year, Stockholm singer Skott is back with another glistening pop gem.

‘Glitter & Gloss’ is at times it’s her punchiest pop moment to date, filled with feral squalling synths and bombastic percussion, while Skott’s own voice floats delicately above twinkling electronica on the verses. It’s once again far from conventional, akin to the “picture-perfect oddity” she sings about.

Skott is also doing a spot of globetrotting in the coming months. As well as an appearance at London’s Omeara in March, she’s off to SXSW and The Great Escape as well as playing a few dates in Europe and America.
