Sonar Festival has added eleven new acts to the 2011 line up, including M.I.A. (Barcelona and Galicia), Die Antwoord (Barcelona and Galicia) and Cut Copy (Barcelona and Galicia).
Boys Noize (Barcelona and Galicia) have also signed up, along with Buraka Som Sistema (Barcelona and Galicia), Shackleton (Barcelona), Nicolas Jaar (Barcelona), Africa Hitech (Barcelona), Global Communication (Barcelona), Paul Kalkbrenner (Barcelona) and Steve Aoki (Barcelona).
The event will take place in both Barcelona (16th - 18th June) and Galicia (17th - 18th June). For more information, visit: 2011.sonar.es/en. Tickets are on sale now.
Already confirmed for the event are: Underworld, Magnetic Man, Steve Reich + bcn216 + Synergy Vocals, Salem, A-Trak, Atmosphere, Hype Williams, Little Dragon, Tyondai Braxton, and Mary Anne Hobbs.
