Speedy Ortiz share new song, ‘Doomsday’
Sadie Dupuis and co. are putting out a new 7” for charity.
Every month, Famous Class’ LAMC is putting out a new 7”, with big artists contributing split releases, all proceeds going to the Ariel Panero Memorial Fund at VH1 Save the Music.
Last month saw Parquet Courts offering up ‘This Is Happening Now’, sharing bragging rights with Future Punx. This time round Speedy Ortiz have showcased a new song, ‘Doomsday’.
The track sees Sadie Dupuis and co. waltzing their way through an eventual storm of fuzzy licks.
Vermont songwriter Chris Weisman features on the B-side with his ‘I Took It Off a Record’ track.
Listen to the new Speedy Ortiz track below. The 7” is out 7th October.
