Spring King announce new EP, share ‘Can I?’ track
Manchester-based garage rockers lift off with ‘Demons’ this September.
Tarek Musa’s thrashing, abounding Spring King project has announced details of a new EP, swiftly following on from the debut ‘Mumma’ single from earlier this year.
‘Demons’ sees the producer/drummer/vocalist switching a previously distorted rejoice into something more refined, like garage rock with not too many untied knots. The EP (out 8th September) on Transgressive is led by ‘Can I?’, a scuzzy, ear-splintering return that reflects the boundless energy of the band’s live shows (Tarek claims he tends to throw up on stage, things get so crazy).
The new EP is available to pre-order here. It consists of five new tracks.
