Stream Viet Cong’s debut self-titled album in full
The band are releasing their first full-length next week on Jagjaguwar.
Viet Cong are gearing up to release their debut self-titled album next week, and now they’re streaming the whole thing.
Due for release on Jagjaguwar and Flemish Eye in Canada, the full-length follows on from the Calgary band’s ‘Cassette’ EP, which came out last year. The whole album can now be streamed a week prior to its official release date (19th January) over on NPR.org.
Viet Cong see Mike Wallace and Matt Flegel, both of whom played in the Canadian noise band Women, join forces with Scott Munro andDaniel Christiansen. The quartet formed two years ago after the demise of the group and the untimely death of Chris Reimer.
