Suede Confirm New Single, ‘It Starts And Ends With You’

Suede, they of 90s fame, are of course back properly now, having shared brand new material in the shape of ‘Barriers’ at the beginning of the year.

There’s then album ‘Bloodsports’, set for release this March, and the small (big) matter of a headline date at London’s Alexandra Palace on 30th May, which we now know will feature the support skills of London pop tykes Spector and newcomers Temples.

This week, they’ve given us a second sniff at what’s to come from the record, with the first single ‘proper’, ‘It Starts And Ends With You’. The single is released on 18th March - the same date as ‘Bloodsports’ itself is due.

Of the track, main man Brett Anderson says: “’It Starts and Ends With You’ is a bittersweet, bouncy pop song with a whole load of choruses stuck together. It’s about infatuation and attraction and the fever of falling head first back into the pit.”
