Live video drop!
Suede drop live video for new track ‘Antidepressants’
The song - which is currently only available via YouTube - is the band’s first new release since 2022.
‘90s icons Suede are back with their first new music since 2022’s ‘Autofiction’, having recently shared a live video for ‘Antidepressants’ - a song which isn’t currently available on streaming services, but which has become something of a fan favourite since the band gave it its live debut at Isle Of Wight Festival last Summer.
Recorded when Suede headlined London’s famed Alexandra Palace in 2024, the video for ‘Antidepressants’ was directed and edited by drummer Simon Gilbert, and sees the band revel in the track’s raw post-punk energy as frontman Brett Anderson commands the stage.
What’s more, they also appear to tease something - a new album, perhaps, or a tour announcement - very briefly at the end of the video. Keep your eyes peeled, and watch this space…
