Sunflower Bean share scuzzy new effort ‘Teach Me To Be Bad’

It’s the second track to be lifted from the trio’s upcoming EP ‘Shake’.

Sunflower Bean share new single 'Teach Me To Be Bad', lifted from their forthcoming 'Shake' EP

Having recently made their return with the news that their next project, ‘SHAKE’, will land on 27th September via Lucky Number, NYC trio Sunflower Bean have now shared its second single.

New cut ‘Teach Me To Be Bad’ follows in the footsteps of the EP’s title track, in that it’s a grungey, riff-laden number that harks back to the band’s earliest material. Sunflower Bean have described it as exploring how “a chance meeting with a special person can change your life forever. It can be exhilarating and frightening to fall madly for someone you barely know.”

Alongside ‘Teach Me To Be Bad’, the band have also unveiled an accompanying video that will form part of their forthcoming short film, in which the visuals for each of ‘SHAKE”s five tracks will be combined in an interpretation of the natural elements (earth, wind, water, fire, and metal).

Check out the fire-inspired video for ‘Teach Me To Be Bad’ below.

‘SHAKE’ tracklist:
1. Shake
2. Lucky Number
3. Teach Me To Be Bad
4. Serial Killer
5. Angelica
