Swans Announce US & UK Tour Dates

Michael Gira’s Swans return with their next record ‘To Be Kind’ on 13th May. Several guests are set to appear. Annie Clark aka St. Vincent provides vocals ‘throughout the record,’ Cold Specks sings on a track called ‘Bring the Sun’ and Little Annie sings a duet with Gira on ‘Some Things We Do’.

Alongside the release, Swans are touring the record across the UK and North America. Dates include stopovers in Reading, Newcastle, Brighton and Birmingham, with a headline show scheduled in at Brixton Electric.

Recorded in late 2013, the new album was put together at El Paso, Texas with John Congleton, produced by Gira himself.

Jenny Hval is set to provide support during May.
