Tall Ships thunder back with ‘Meditations on Loss’
The Falmouth-via-Brighton bunch return with a crashing statement of intent.
After more than a few years in the ether, Tall Ships are back with the storming ‘Meditations On Loss’.
A brutal, post-punk number, it finds the tenderness of Tall Ships gone by cast aside - instead, they’re thundering forward with all the no-holds-barred pace of a disillusioned madman, wailing at their inability to “feel anything at all”.
Listen to ‘Meditations On Loss’ below. It’s out now via FatCat, which makes Tall Ships new label buddies with the likes of Honeyblood, TRAAMS and The Twilight Sad. Lovely stuff.
