Ten Tonnes shares new track ‘Cracks Between’

It’s a “light-hearted look at a break-up” from Ethan Barnett.

After releasing his EP ‘Born To Lose’ earlier in the year and playing at Reading & Leeds last weekend, Ethan Barnett, better known as Ten Tonnes, has lifted the lid on a new track.

‘Cracks Between’ saw him reuniting with producer and former Maccabees guitarist Hug White at London studio The Drugstore. The result is a three-minute burst of riotous rock and roll peppered with Ethan’s piercing, observant lyrics. Speaking of the track, Ethan said: “I wrote ‘Cracks Between’ when I was 18. It’s a light-hearted look at a break-up.”

This month Ten Tonnes is set to head to Festival No. 6, while in October he’ll be playing at Manchester’s Neighbourhood Festival. In between those shows though, he’s got a headline date at London’s Camden Assembly lined up on 14th September. Tickets are on sale now.

Earlier in the year we met up with Ethan to talk about the rise of Ten Tonnes. Catch up here.
