Let’s get physical: The Knife set up physical release for Shaken-Up Versions’

The duo will release their mini-album on CD and vinyl this December.

Despite the fact that they’re soon planning to split, The Knife aren’t going to leave fans behind empty-handed. They’ve now announced that they’ll be releasing their recently-revealed ‘Shaken-Up Versions’ mini-album on physical formats on 8th December.

The follow-on from ‘Shaking The Habitual’ was first announced back in May and boasts a handful new edits of tracks as taken from the Dreijer siblings’ five albums, including their 2006 LP ‘Silent Shout’. The new versions were recorded to accompany their recent ‘Shaking The Habitual’ tour, which is due to draw to a close next month.

The mini-album is now set to be released on both CD and vinyl through Rabid/Brille, after the band perform their last show at Iceland Airwaves Festival.

The tracklisting for ‘Shaken-Up Versions’ looks something like this:

We Share Our Mother’s Health (Shaken-Up Version)

Without You My Life Would Be Boring (Shaken-Up Version)
Pass This On (Shaken-Up Version)
