The Last Shadow Puppets share ‘Aviation’
Bad lads are back on the beach in the accompanying video.
The Last Shadow Puppets have shared another track from their forthcoming second LP ‘Everything You’ve Come To Expect’.
Following on from ‘Bad Habits’ (oooh) and ‘Everything You’ve Come To Expect, ‘Aviation’ is the third song to be taken from album number two, and the video featuring the lads (who’ve finally ditched those awful tracksuits) digging their own sandy graves under the watch of a traumatised bride and a ruthless gangster; a supposed companion piece to ‘Everything You’ve Come To Expect’’s similarly sandy video. Watch it below.
The song itself, which sees Miles back on lead vocals, is, funnily enough, everything that we’ve come to expect from the lads - a heady mix of soaring Scott Walker-inspired strings, cinematic flourishes and snarled vocals.
‘Everything You’ve Come To Expect’ is due out on April 1st, with Alex and Miles fulfilling tour dates from March to July.
